Loving Heaven Organisation, through its Voices Unmuted Project, is dedicated to empowering individuals with speech and physical disabilities—especially those who stammer—through awareness, advocacy, education, creative expression, and the promotion of independence. We firmly believe that every voice matters, no matter how it sounds.

Stammering is a speech disorder that can be overcome with the right support and access to services. However, in developing countries like Uganda, speech therapy clinics and resources remain scarce, often resulting in long-term challenges for those affected.

In many African societies, stammering is deeply stigmatized, sometimes viewed as a curse. This harmful perception leads to social exclusion, discrimination, and bullying, particularly among youth and the elderly.

The Voices Unmuted Project seeks to break the silence, bridge the gap, and challenge negative cultural attitudes towards stammering. Through community-based support and empowerment, we aim to help individuals become confident, expressive, and proud versions of themselves—proving that their voice has power, value, and purpose.
